Count down to Christmas Craft Fair Vendor application

2022 Craft Fair Application

Thank you for your interest in vending during the Count Down to Christmas Craft Fair at North American Martyrs Parish that will be held on Saturday, November 5th.

Vendor spaces will be $35.00 for one 6' wide by 5' deep space plus a donation of one raffle item from your table of at least $25 value or $50.00 for two side by side 6' wide by 5 ' deep spaces plus donation of one raffle item from your table of at least $35 value. Tables (6' wide by 2.5' deep) and chairs will be provided by the parish. Please indicate on the application if you would NOT like the provided table and chairs. On the day of the event, vendors may temporarily park in front of the building for set-up and then will be provided parking on the side of the building for the duration of the event.

Doors open at 9 a.m. Vendors may arrive no earlier than 7:30 a.m. Doors close at 3:30 p.m. Vendors must depart by 4:15 p.m. due to parking for our 4:30 Mass.

Once your application is recieved and accepted you will recieve a confirmation email with how to submit payment.

We try to accommodate your request for particular spaces and commit to our best, but this is NOT always possible. We thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility. We try to make sure there isn’t too much of the same product being sold but cannot guarantee exclusivity. NOTHING CAN BE HUNG ON THE WALLS OR ADHERED TO THE FLOOR.
